TANTRA
"The physical sense consists of accomplishment of the organ (itself) and means of instruments - protecting environment.
The psychic sense consists of attainment and consciousness.”
Tattvartha
TANTRA is both a science and a comprehensive system of practices designed to transform the mind and elevate consciousness. It is an intense and intricate process that works across multiple levels of existence.
Because we each reside at different levels of consciousness, Tantra offers diverse methods tailored to individual needs.
At the heart of Tantra is its primary tool - MEDITATION.
There are numerous teachings and pathways for practicing meditation.
We offer the following techniques for both individual and group (collective) sessions:
1. SOUND MEDITATIONA (Mantra / Nada Yoga) from Para-Tan Inner Sakthi Yoga
2. SACRED GEOMETRY MEDITATION – Yantra practices
What Is Meditation?
Meditation is awareness - a state of recognizing and understanding the workings of the body and its energies.
It is a powerful process of engaging with the mind and senses.
We experience the world through the body and its senses.
Our lives may be filled with beauty or struggle, depending on our sensory awareness, mental programming, and state of consciousness.
The body is a complex instrument - meditation helps us explore and understand it, leading to a healthier, happier life and a more elevated consciousness.
During meditation, one may either:
- Disengage the senses - to allow consciousness to rest in its pure, unconditioned state
- Engage the senses - to enrich sensory experience, which is essential for creative self-expression
Super-Consciousness is infinite potentiality.
Our body, mind, and senses are tools of individual consciousness to manifest that potential into reality - to play creatively in life.
Meditation helps us recognize and understand the flow of consciousness through the body.
Our Techniques
Both types of meditation we offer - Mantra and Yantra are highly practical and remarkably effective, even in a short period of time.
- Mantras work primarily with the sense of hearing.
They are coded instructions to the brain delivered through sound and sacred words.
- Yantras engage vision, hearing, and touch.
They are coded instructions to the brain through shapes and colors.
We invite you to explore Mantra and Mandala/Yantra meditations and experience their profound benefits in your life.
